The most recent June release boasts over 5,700 US and Canadian listings of which 5,155 are in the US. Over 249,000 store locations and 300 planned/under construction projects are included in the database.

Users of DMM apply the rich data in a variety of ways including finding tenants for malls or providing services and supplies to shopping centers. Retailers, developers, management companies, promoters, retail designers, architecture and design companies count themselves among those who have leveraged the continually-updated data to improve their business. In addition to address and contact information, other DMM attributes include population demographics, number of stores, visitors, parking spaces, total sales, and sales per square foot. Customers will also find information on kiosks, closest competitor, open space availability, and more.
